I'm excited to continue my teaching career at Tyrone Middle School this year! This will be my 7th year teaching science at the middle school level. I moved to Florida in 2005 after receiving my Bachelor's in Biology from Bloomsburg University in PA. I taught in Pasco County for 5 years and Manatee County. After getting married my husband and I decided to move closer to the water and settled in St. Petersburg.
I believe science is an exciting topic in which students will have many opportunities for learning, growth, and achievement! I encourage a positive learning environment in which everyone has the opportunity to learn and reach their highest potential!
